Return Policy
•Hâshè offers refund upon return of a purchased item by mail.
•You are responsible for the cost of return. Depending on the country of destination, the shipping cost gets deducted from the refund amount.
•The return window for online purchases is 15 days from the date of delivery. You may return items from your account under order history or by emailing us at customercare@hashe.studio. Once the request has been approved, courier pickup will be scheduled from your preferred address.
•You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession, and you must return them in the same condition in which you receive them (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them).
•To facilitate a seamless process and a timely refund, please follow the return instructions below:
Start the return process by:
– Selecting “Return” from your MY ACCOUNT under Order History or contacting a Client Advisor at customercare@hashe.studio.
– Fill in your reason for return and pick-up address. You are responsible for the cost of returning the parcel. The cost is estimated and deducted from the refund.
– Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging. Please ensure the package is bubble wrapped and placed in a courier poly bag.
– Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email on your registered email address.
– Do not worry about the shipping label, the courier will have the label handy upon pickup.
– Once received in the warehouse, refunds with the return shipping cost deducted will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
•Hâshé bares responsibility for the cost of return if: the product is faulty or there is an error in pricing, description.
•If there is any issue or complaints about the product, please email us at customercare@hashe.studio with pictures taken from the product at the time it was delivered.
•You may cancel a contract at any time before your order is delivered and receive full refund of your payment.
